We will not accept a return if requested more than 90 days after the purchase. APM web orders may be returned by mail within the 90-day timeframe at your own expense.
All items returned must be in returnable condition. All sealed products must be sealed to qualify for a full refund. If you have purchased clothing from us, unwashed, unworn items can be returned for a full refund. If you purchase a bundle or get a free item, you will have to send back the FULL bundle of the original purchase to receive a full refund. Once we receive the item, we will process your return and issue you a refund. You can expect to see the amount refunded to your card within 5 to 7 business days. We do not accept returns of online purchases in the All Peoples Ministries main offices.
If you’d like to exchange an item you purchased for a different item, you can send the original item back to our warehouse for a refund and place a new order for a different item or size.
